Payment still checking?
Your bank confirmation and your site credit balance are separate steps. Keep your photos in the studio, use Check again or open Payment records. Do not make a second payment to fix a pending first one.
Where is my video?
Open Your clips while signed into the same account. Closing a page does not cancel a task. Submission unknown means we are reconciling the original provider request; please do not create a duplicate.
Photo or output issue
Use clear, permitted photos with one visible person per role. A successful generation can still vary in appearance and movement. Review the exact trend example and limits before generating.
Private help
Sign in and open Support tickets in your account to contact us. Include the non-secret order or task reference. Never send passwords, card numbers or private credentials.
